Individual Sessions
24-hour cancellation policy: Cancel at least 24 hours before session for full credit. Completed sessions and partially completed sessions are non-refundable
No-show policy: Sessions missed without 24-hour notice are non-refundable
Unused session credits: Valid for 12 months from purchase date
Coaching Packages
Unused sessions: Refundable within 30 days of package purchase
Partial packages: Prorated refund for unused sessions (minus administrative fee)
After 30 days: Unused sessions remain as credits for 12 months
