We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee for our Ultimate Self Mastery programs, including but not limited to:

  • 90-day period starts from your enrollment date

  • Full refund available if you're not satisfied with your results

  • Must complete required modules up to the refund request date

To Qualify for Refund

  1. Complete the modules: You must have completed all weekly modules released up to your refund request date

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Due to the intensive nature and higher investment of the Elite Mentorship Forum:

  • 30-day refund period from enrollment date

  • Must complete first month's requirements to qualify

  • Prorated refund available based on program completion

  • No refund after 30 days due to program intensity and personalized nature

Refund Calculation

  • Days 1-30: Full refund minus administrative fee (if applicable)

Session-by-Session Basis

Individual Sessions

  • 24-hour cancellation policy: Cancel at least 24 hours before session for full credit. Completed sessions and partially completed sessions are non-refundable

  • No-show policy: Sessions missed without 24-hour notice are non-refundable

  • Unused session credits: Valid for 12 months from purchase date

Coaching Packages

  • Unused sessions: Refundable within 30 days of package purchase

  • Partial packages: Prorated refund for unused sessions (minus administrative fee)

  • After 30 days: Unused sessions remain as credits for 12 months

Payment Plan Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancel anytime with 30-day written notice

  • Access continues through the end of current billing period

  • No refund for partial months already paid

  • Remaining balance may be required for completed program access

Failed Payment Policy

  • Grace period: 7 days to update payment information

  • Account suspension: After 7 days of failed payment

  • Reactivation fee: $25 administrative fee may apply

  • Account termination: After 30 days of non-payment
